Increase your property's potential with our sale preparation service. We know home styling is proven to achieve higher sale prices and part of a well styled home is peeling it back and removing unnecessary clutter. We will assess your home and assist in styling your home for your ideal buyer. This may involve decluttering, pre packing some items for your move, styling with decor you already own or introducing some new pieces to compliment your space. We offer a hands on service as well as a consulting package if you would prefer to do the work yourself but need some direction.

Please note that this is not a complete home staging service and only light styling is on offer 

• Onsite analysis of your home
• Detailed action plan for up to 8 rooms/spaces of what you need to do to get sale ready. 
• Recommendation list of styling pieces if required
• Our sellers guide to buyer first impressions 

• Initial onsite analysis of your home
• 8 hours of onsite sale preparation
• Assistance with decluttering your home. This may be in the form of purging items or packing items into storage in preparation for your move.
• Removal of donations
• Assistance with styling your home with existing items, new items or rented items
• Advice on presenting the home for photos and your open homes 
• Assistance with organising additional trades if required 

Additional hours can be requested outside of our included 8 hours and will be charged at $65 per hour
